A caring voice is just a call away

Provident's TeleHope program provides telephonic-based prevention services for older adults who are experiencing social isolation, depression, anxiety or thoughts of suicide.

What can individuals expect with TeleHope services?
  • Participants will receive regular telephone calls from a mental health provider a few times a week, or more often as necessary, to help support their social and emotional needs.
  • Provident staff is trained in a variety of evidence-based practices to assist participants in meeting their goals to a brighter future. *Consent for these services is required (Telehope Referral & Consent Form).
Who is eligible?

This program serves older adults age 55 and older who are residents of St. Louis City. There is no cost for these services.
