Provident's psychiatric services are the latest example of our ongoing effort to offer the best care to our clients and give them the tools they need to live the lives they want.
Clients can now access our on-staff psychiatric nurse practitioners as part of their Provident team of professionals. This means they can obtain professional psychiatric evaluations, and psychiatric medication management, as well as appointments with their therapist, within one convenient, streamlined location.
- Accepting referrals for clients ages 5+
- Treating a variety of conditions such as depression, mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma
- Fees based on a sliding scale
- Most insurances accepted
- Appointments available at Provident’s St. Louis City location and via telehealth, 5 days a week
Provident offers psychiatric services via telehealth or in the office. Appointments may be made by calling 314-802-2670.

Note: Provident accepts most private insurance and has a sliding fee scale based on financial need. There is no out of pocket expense for counseling and psychiatric services to St. Louis County youth under the age of 20 thanks to a grant from St. Louis County Children's Service Fund.
