Provident is proud to partner with the Jefferson County Health Department to launch a Survivors of Suicide (SOS) group for teens 14 to 18 years old in Jefferson County.

The group is a peer-led support group for teens who have been impacted by suicide. It meets from 6:30-8 pm on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church in De Soto.
