TeleHope

Provident's TeleHope program provides telephonic-based prevention services for older adults who are experiencing social isolation, depression, anxiety or thoughts of suicide.

What can individuals expect from the TeleHope Service?
  • TeleHope participants will receive regular telephone calls from a mental health provider a few times a week, or more often as necessary, to help support their social and emotional needs.
  • Provident staff is trained in a variety of evidence-based practices to assist participants in meeting their goals to a brighter future. *Consent for these services is required (Telehope Referral & Consent Form).

TeleHelp

Provident's TeleHelp Caregiver Line offers emotional and resource support to those caring for others. Provident is here to help Caregivers find the support they need.

What can individuals expect from the TeleHelp Service?
  • The TeleHelp Caregiver Line is available 3-11 PM, seven days a week, for caregivers to call trained mental health providers to seek help for themselves or for their loved one.
Who is eligible?
These programs serve older adults age 55 and older. There is no cost for these services.
