TeleHope: for people age 55+
Provident's TeleHope program provides telephonic-based mental health services for older adults who are experiencing social isolation, depression, anxiety or thoughts of suicide.
What to expect
- TeleHope participants will receive regular telephone calls from a mental health provider a few times a week, or more often as necessary, to help support their social and emotional needs.

TeleHelp : for caregivers
Provident's TeleHelp Older Adult and Caregiver Line offers emotional and resource support to those caring for older adults. and resource support to those caring for older adults.
What to expect

Callers can expect to receive support, connections to resources, and insights from an expert who is trained in mental health and older adult care.
- Callers may reach out whenever they need.

- The line is open 3-11 pm, seven days a week.
- There is no cost for this service.
