Mary Ryder Home reached an important milestone in 2025 with the full implementation of the Intensive Residential Treatment Setting (IRTS) model, strengthening both program outcomes and fiscal stability. Residents also planted a garden and participated in four community field trips, supporting physical wellness, social connection, and critical thinking.

Provident expanded billing through provisionally licensed therapists, increasing access to care, and renewed its IFF partnership to begin facilities upgrades at the City administrative office. Leadership continued to influence the broader behavioral health landscape, with Kevin Drollinger named Vice Chair of the Behavioral Health Network Board.
