Provident is making it easier for people to access the care they need by expanding our Psychiatric Services coverage into our Creve Coeur offices. Thank you to PMHNPs Kelley Cassens and Tanja Johnson for stepping up for the community.
Says Kelley: ““I chose this profession because when I was first starting out in healthcare over 10 years ago, I was able to see firsthand the level at which a person’s mental health affects their physical health. I realized very quickly, I could do more.”
Says Tanja: ““For me, there is no greater gift than to be able to serve others and assist them on their journey to greater mental and physical health. The impact when one is out of balance with the other is incredibly profound and affects not just the individual but whole families. I could not turn my back on the need I have seen for improved overall quality of life and how I might be able to facilitate that.”
