Notable Grants from Major Community Organizations Demonstrate Trust in Provident’s Work

Provident recently received grants totaling $178,000 from The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital and the St. Louis Mental Health Board to support counseling, psychiatric services and Access Center, and $4.9 million from the St. Louis County Children’s Service Fund to provide no-cost behavioral health services to St. Louis County youth.

“Our entire staff team should feel extremely proud of theses awards because they show that funders recognize the critical work we do every day,” said Julie McDowell, Vice President of Advancement. “Having the support of partners allows us to continue growing, improving, and strengthening the safety net we offer to the community.
