Mary Ryder Home residents and staff were fortunate to be among the first people in the St. Louis region to receive COVID-19 vaccinations.

Ninety doses were administered on January 22, with an additional booster dose needed for each person toward the end of February for full effectiveness. CVS Pharmacy employees were on-site to provide the injections.

“We are thankful and relieved that our ladies will be able to get back some normalcy in their lives within the next few weeks,” said Zack Brandmeyer, Administrator of Mary Ryder Home.
