Is my donation tax-deductible?
Provident is a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization and your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by the law.
What forms of payment does Provident, Inc. accept?
We accept monetary contributions in the form of check, credit card or money order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we can accept stock donations. NOTE: If you make a stock donation, you must notify Provident, Inc. so that we can properly receipt you for your contribution. Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
You will receive either a paper or email receipt as acknowledgement for your donation.
I would like to sign up to make a monthly gift. How can I do this?
The option of giving a recurring, monthly contribution is available through our online donation form. By selecting this option, your ongoing contribution will be auto deducted on the same day each month, but you can contact us to cancel the monthly charge at any time.
Do you have a matching gifts program?
Yes, Provident, Inc. accepts matching gifts. Please check with your Human Resource Department for details.
