Brianna Massie was recently interviewed on Fox 2 News about how parents can help students cope with the stress that surfaces around at the end of the school year.
“The biggest thing is to communicate that you care. I think a lot of kids forget their parents are in their corner,” Brianna said. “When you notice a change and they’re not happy, ask for help before it gets too severe.”
She also stressed communication and advised parents to use the summer break as a time to review the school year with their kids and identify what they can all do to make the next term less stressful.
