Just breathe…. Provident Behavioral Health cares about you and your mental well-being. Our Young Professionals invite you to join us for our Mind, Body, and Spirits virtual yoga event in support of Mental Health Awareness Month! We’ll gather via Zoom on Saturday, May 16 at 10am for a 1hr yoga class led by certified instructor Oanh Wieland. Your gift of $5 or more to participate will support underinsured clients needing access to mental health services and resources.

After class, grab a refreshing drink to toast yourself for making a measurable difference in the lives of those served by Provident. No prior knowledge of yoga is needed to join. Blankets, carpets, rugs, or any nearby floor can be substituted for a yoga mat.
