Provident’s culture of care extends to its employees. In 2025, Provident was named a St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplace for the 8th consecutive year and received the Mental Health America Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health for the third year in a row.
Internal data reflected this commitment: 25% of staff received internal promotions, voluntary turnover decreased by 7%, and supervisors participated in bi-monthly training sessions led by the Human Resources team. During the temporary suspension of SNAP benefits, Provident also offered food assistance to both clients and staff, reinforcing its values of dignity and support during times of need.
