Which talent would you most like to have?

I’m relearning how to play the piano. I played it when I was a kid. Guitar would be great, as well. I love music and having the talent to perform on stage would be fun. Might get there!

What is the last book you read?

Interestingly, it’s “The Talent Code.” It’s about how the best in the world aren’t necessarily born with talent but learn how to practice efficiently to make themselves the best they possibly can be.

There is a growing awareness of mental health and more individuals are feeling comfortable talking about it, reaching out to others, sharing their stories. We are also in a period of time in our lives when we need it. Everyone is dealing with something internally and we can be there for them. The future is extremely bright.
