A Lovely Gesture of Care at Mary Ryder Home

News

Provident Behavioral Health and Mary Ryder Home continue to learn interesting things about each other as we coalesce as a stronger, unified team.
One great story: we spied a manicure station during a recent visit to the home and learned that doing the ladies’ nails is not just an act of personal care.
It allows the residents to feel relaxed and comforted while also helping care workers check for numbness in fingers, which can be an early symptom of diabetes, vitamin deficiencies, and liver or kidney disease.
Provident salutes the work of the wonderful team at MRH!
