Welcome Heather Rich - Our New VP, Development

Heather Rich joined Provident in early April as our new Vice President for Development. She comes from Saint Louis University where she was the Director for Corporate and Foundation Relations. Her experience, energy and inspiration will be a tremendous asset to Provident as we move forward.

Bailey Wahlquist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, has expertise in the areas of anxiety and stress management along with depression and mood disorders. Boeing Makes Generous Donation to Provident

Provident received a generous donation of 16 desktop PCs and 15 laptop computers from Boeing Corporation this January. The PCs will be used to replace old internal units and the laptops will support Provident’s growing staff that provide services in remote locations. Thanks so very much to Boeing!

Grant Received from Norman J. Stupp Foundation

Provident recently received a $6,750 award from the Norman J. Stupp Foundation as well as $250 from Commerce Bank, Trustee to support Provident’s Shreve Neighborhood Community Center in the 21^st Ward. This center serves as a safe haven, and provides gang abatement and life skills programming as well as tutoring to youth in the Penrose-O’Fallon neighborhood.
