In support of our new programs and exciting growth, Provident continually seeks quality professionals and support staff, specifically:

Clinical Professionals – licensed counselors and social workers (full-time and part-time)

Support Staff – full-time and part-time administrative assistants

Youth Workers – opportunities to mentor, tutor, and supervise students in afterschool programs as well as coordinate (degreed) enrichment programs (normally 2-6pm M-F)

Youth Support Worker

NOTE:  Provident currently has two new clinical job openings:

Clinical Supervisor

Location:              Wildwood and West County

Supervisor:  Director of Counseling                          Status:                  Exempt – Full-time

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role in moving the agency forward.  This position  must set, maintain and enforce a high standard of quality, documentation and ethical and professional behavior for self and supervisees. Serve as a Provident, Inc. representative to community organizations, coalitions, referral agencies, insurance providers and contract representatives.  

Principal Duties: Providing high quality clinical supervision to specified clinicians;

o             Continuous Quality Improvement of counseling services

o             Performance reviews of supervisees

o             Scheduling, mentoring, and training of supervisees

o             Ensuring awareness of and adherence to Joint Commission requirements, contractual obligations and HIPAA polices in regards to counseling and documentation.

o             Provide leadership, mentoring and supervision to staff seeking licensure, students, and volunteers

Actively participate in treatment teams to:

o             Implement steps to improve quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness;

o             Comply with regulatory and agency standards governing various types of services;

 

License/Certification     

•             Must have Missouri Licensure as Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor  for a minimum of 3-5 years and be in good standing with licensure agencies and professional organizations.  Qualifications include:

•             Master’s Level degree;

•             Clinical education and experience;

•             Working knowledge of administrative and program regulations of the State of Missouri and Joint Commission as well as working knowledge of other accreditation standards.

•             Five (5) years work experience beyond the degree.
